I began my career in business, graduating with a First Class Honours degree in Business Management and Leadership. From there, I worked in a busy chiropractic clinic, where I gained valuable experience in patient care and practice management, as well as supporting the day-to-day running of the clinic behind the scenes.
After the birth of my daughter, I decided to follow a long-held ambition and retrain as a Sports Massage Therapist — a role that allows me to work more directly with people and make a real difference to their health and wellbeing.
I enjoy working with a wide range of clients, from athletes looking to improve performance and aid recovery, to desk workers managing postural tension and busy parents dealing with the physical demands of daily life. Alongside sports massage, I also offer pregnancy massage, cupping therapy, and sports taping, enabling me to adapt treatments to each individual’s needs.
For me, massage isn’t just about easing discomfort — it’s about creating the space for people to recharge, restore balance, and feel more at ease in their bodies.
